In recommending candidates for the LOMBARDO-VAN BOURGONDIEN SCHOLARSHIP, priorities shall be given to students who:
- Have identified or applied to an accredited vocational skill training program, community college, or four year university.
- Have at least a 2.5 grade point average
- Have shown persistence in meeting both academic and personal goals
- Have participated in extracurricular school and community activities
- Have displayed virtues that promote good behavior
- Have a minority status in the school
- Have received, while in high school, resource assistance through an IEP
- Have demonstrated financial need
