The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Public School Foundation hosts a variety of events throughout the Year. Fall includes the back to school Teacher Supply Store, sponsored by the East Chapel Hill Rotary Club, and a reception for Novice (first year) Teachers. In the spring, PSF hosts two fund raising events to support Teacher Programs. With the help of Fleet Feet Carrboro, The 5K for Education walk or run on the UNC campus. To kick off Teacher Appreciation Week, the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group donates and hosts the Teachers First Breakfast with the help of the Foundation’s board members and other volunteers.
