Designate a secure place for teachers to put returned envelopes containing money. Collect them regularly.
Use the provided Excel spreadsheet to document student contributions and incentive levels as soon as you get returned envelopes. This will make less work for you when the envelopes start flooding in closer to the due date, and it will alert us if we need to order more shirts or glasses. All Donor Envelopes are due back to you by Friday, September 25. Unlike previous years, this is a firm deadline. Make sure you communicate this clearly to students, parents and teachers. Students turning in envelopes after this date cannot be guaranteed their desired t-shirt size.
Place the white and red yard sign stating “Walk for Education Envelopes Due This Friday” in a visible location at your school over the weekend (Sat. 9/19 or Sun. 9/20) or early Monday morning (9/21).
Count the money. Fill out the INCENTIVE TALLY SHEET. Be sure to record the names of students raising $50-$99, $100-$249 and $250 or more on a separate sheet. We need these names to create a wristband “master list” so we can give kids a replacement wristband if they forget to bring theirs to the Carnival, and to create raffle tickets for those contributing $100 or more, or $250 or more

If your tallies are complete before Monday, by all means send them on to Christine. The sooner we have the info, the sooner we can assemble your t-shirts, glasses, wristbands and raffle tickets!

Teachers First Breakfast April 27, 2018
PSF would like to thank everyone who purchased the gifts of roses and breakfasts to honor CHCCS teachers and staff.
With your participation, we raised nearly $105,000 to support programs for teachers at every school in the district.
There were 6,500 roses distributed and more than 3,000 breakfast tickets purchased. Every staff member in the district received at least one rose, and 1,168 attended the Breakfast through drive-thru or dine-in.
Thank you so much for your support. We are truly grateful.
